The FIBARO Double Switch 2x1.5kW built-in double relay can be used to control: lighting, fans, boilers, convectors, electromagnetic and ball valves for shut-off of water, and other electrical appliances.

After connecting the device, these devices can be controlled using wall switches, remote controls, a smartphone, tablet, and via a web interface. In addition, devices connected via a FIBARO relay can be automatically controlled using pre-configured scripts that are stored in the controller.

One FIBARO Double Switch 2x1.5kW relay can control two different load groups. The maximum load capacity is 1.5 kW per group. The device supports one- and two-button switches with classic or reset keys.

The FIBARO relay is capable of controlling not only the connected equipment, but also sending control commands to other devices in the Z-Wave network.

Installation and configuration

To control the lighting, the relay is installed in the sub-cabinet behind the existing switch. The device has the smallest dimensions among its analogues and is suitable for almost any sub-cabinet (the diameter of the sub-cabinet is from 50 mm). It is installed by flush mounting to control other devices.

After connecting to the Z-Wave network, the FIBARO relay appears in the interface of the controller and applications for smartphones and tablets.

The relay has flexible settings, such as: modes of operation of the switch keys, parameters for recovery after failures, an automatic shutdown timer, rules for responding to commands "Turn everything on" / "Turn everything off", rules for responding to alarms about flooding, smoke, and fire.
