Esmart Reader Stone Reader

The Esmart Reader Stone reader is adapted to year—round outdoor use: the case, made of artificial stone, meets the IP65 standard for protecting shells from moisture and dust, and the operating temperature range is -40 °C... +85 °C. Supports HF standard identifiers (13.56 MHz), obtaining an individual UID (User identifier) number, and transport applications. A secure mode is provided using authentication technology and data protection from copying:

• Authorization using the Crupto1 key for Mifare Plus, Classic, ID (SL1 mode).
• AES key authorization for Mifare Plus (SL3 mode).
• Verification of the CMAC signature of the data.
• Secure Esmart® technology Access.

Along with physical media, it supports identification from smartphones based on iOS 9.0 and above, Android 4.4 and above via Bluetooth Low Energy*, and phones with NFC** in HCE mode***.

The reader transmits data via a secure OSDP protocol via the Wiegand interface. There are several levels of protection against cloning, copying and hacking of the card: CMAC signature of the identifier, encryption key diversification, AES encryption during data exchange between the reader and the identifier, protection against replay attacks.

Reader Stone is configured with the Esmart® Configurator application, transmitted via BLE, or with a special configuration card. To enter the configuration mode, you need an individual Master card included in the package. The user can configure:

• Types of supported identifiers and related key information.
• The connection interface is Wiegand 34, 58, or 66.
• The format, quantity, and order of the data output in Wiegand.
• Reset to factory settings.
• The light indication of the reader (multi-color LED).

It is supplied in a premium case. An audible reading indication is provided. The installation is wall mounted. Power supply — DC 5 ~ 16 V, power consumption — 100 mA at 12 V. Dimensions — 113×69× 10 mm, weight — 139 g.
