The Seagate SkyHawk AI ST8000VE000 hard drive is designed for digital video recorders using artificial intelligence. It is designed for round-the-clock (24x7) operation and multiple re-recording in CCTV. It is resistant to oxidation.

The volume of up to 8 TB provides storage of more than 4,000 hours of video in high resolution. The maximum load is 550 TB/year, which is three times higher than standard storage devices for video surveillance systems.

The HDD has the ImagePerfect™ AI firmware, designed for high image integrity. The software is based on artificial intelligence. Supports:

• Recording video streams from 64 HD cameras and 32 additional channels of analytical processing (AI streams).
• Multi-sector transmission of the full track without the intervention of the local processor.
• Modern algorithms for caching and timely error correction to preserve high-quality images during multi-stream recording.
