Gate-8000-UPS2 ACS Controller

The GATE-8000 controller is an electronic module designed to control access to residential and industrial premises, record passage times and events.

The controller normally works with readers with a "1-Wire" or "Wiegand" output interface. The "1-Wire" protocol is generally applicable for TOUCH MEMORY readers, and "Wiegand" for PROXIMITY readers. Also, when the controller is available on request, it is possible to connect readers with an ABA-2 output (for magnetic cards).

The controller processes the information coming from the reader and uses the built-in relay to switch the actuator (for example, a lock). The presence of two additional inputs allows you to monitor two security zones around the clock (without current control).

The controller can work both independently and as part of a network. The controller has an offline programming function for the user to configure it to work with code keys.

The controller supports the "Free Logic" mode - the ability to control outputs based on events recorded by the controller. This means that when any event occurs, one of the controller outputs can be turned on or off (temporarily or permanently), and the "always-on" mode can also be turned on or off (a mode in which both controller relays are constantly on). The "Free Logic" mode is configured using the software. The controller outputs available for control are described in Appendix 2 of the passport.

Gate-8000-UPS2 modification: in a metal case with two uninterruptible power supplies (input ~220V / output-12V, 1A) and a place to install two batteries (12V, 7 Ah).
