The 2 MP (1920×1080) Hikvision DS-2CD3325FHWD-I IP camera (4 mm) is adapted to 24-hour outdoor operation at any time of the year: the case is protected from moisture and dust according to IP67 standard, the operating temperature range is extended to -40 °C... +60 °C, EXIR is provided for night video monitoring- illumination with a range of 30 m. EXIR is a Hikvision development, a powerful energy—efficient diode and a rectangular scattering lens: one diode generates less heat than a scattering of them, — less noise; a rectangular lens diffuses light in the shape of a frame — protects against blurring outside the scene, highlighting the center of the frame and darkening at the edges.

The DS-2CD3325FHWD-I (4 mm) is based on a highly sensitive (0.005 lux at F/1.2) CMOS sensor measuring 1/2.8 inches that produces a color image when there is a lack of light - the camera does not switch to black and white mode for longer, broadcasting informative color video.

The camera compresses streams using various codecs, including modern H.264, H.265, and the so-called smart codecs H.264+ and H.265+. Three-stream data transmission reduces the load on the network and server, and the main stream speed of 50 fps increases the information content of the video sequence due to smooth slow motion in the frame.
